THE VISION  F.I.R.E. CENTRE

1.  VFC GOAL:

“To set up a center in Spain and mobilize Filipinos in evangelism, discipleship and missions using their God given abilities on performing arts, to reach Europe for Christ.”

2.  VFC OBJECTIVES:

a.        FILIPINO INT’L. CHURCH   under a Filipino Pastor.  

2. ART COMPANY ACADEMY  

–        a school of  creative / performing arts teaching : MUSIC INSTRUMENTS, DANCES (contemporary, modern & cultural), Theatre, Painting, etc.

3. PRE-SCHOOL & ELEMENTARY

to provide a Christian School for the Filipino children and reach their families for Christ.

      d.    MISSIONS TRAINING CENTER – to train Filipinos in evangelism & discipleship and to provide a hospitality house for cross-cultural missions exposure.

      e.    CHURCH PLANTING

- Pastors & leaders trained will multiply Filipino international churches in Europe

PROCEDURES:

PHASE I  - setting up of  the center.

1. Year 1 (2007) – spy the land and look for the strategic location then acquire the property.

2. Year 2 (2008-09) – prepare a team

of 12 in partnership w/ interdenominational churches & para-church organizations.

1. to be trained under PROXY PHIL.

2. to raise support through I.T.

3. recruitment is interdenominational.

4. 12 Missionaries needed:

1)  Youth Pastor

2)  Christian Ed Dir / FFC School Principal

3)  Music Director / Worship Leader

4)  Follow-up / Discipleship Coordinator

5)  Administrative Secretary

6)  Music Teacher (voice/instrument)

7)  Dance Teacher (contemporary, cultural )

8) Theatre Director / Instructor

9) Production Equipment Director

10)  Pre-school teacher

11) Grade 1 teacher

12) Grade 2 teacher ETC.
